Terms and Conditions for HelperTags

Welcome to HelperTags! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the HelperTags software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by HelperTags Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

User Responsibilities

Lawful Use

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium.

  • Using any automated system to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HelperTags and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HelperTags, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
